Spoke to Maritza on the phone today. After speaking to her first and having her transfer me to the correct department and then sitting on hold for 20 mins I decided to call back one more time and thankfully she answered and took it upon herself to search for my item although it was not in her department.
Me and my husband purchased a stroller month ago online. Later on time coming back to do our baby's shopping we liked another one and even that 30 days had passed, the blond lady that works at the pick up and returns cashier helped us to get what we trully wanted!!
(Wife speaking) Amazing experience today! There was a problem on an item I purchased online for in-store pickup. I called customer service and the manager of this store called me back herself and went out of her way to completely correct the issue. I was so grateful for her help. One word to describe the organization in this store is the manager Yuni and few other employees that are amazing. Every time I go there, I get the best customer service and friendliness. From helping me with my needs and wants to questions and concerns.
