Birth Roots

I took the The 4-Week Birth Class, and enjoyed everything about the class! This class helped make me feel grounded in the idea of labor and birth, demystifying and de-pathologizing the process.

Hubby and I signed up for the wrong class, ended up being a wonderful experience! Through the instructor-led discussions and exercises, my husband and I gained a whole new perspective on the birthing process. There were conversations we had, that we couldn't have possibly known to have, without this class.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience taking Birth Root's 4-week Birth Class. Our teacher, Lisa, was an incredible instructor guiding us through this 4 week program. We made a lot of friends, learned a ton, and got exactly what we needed and were hoping for out of the class.

What a magical place. The things my husband and I learned at Birth Roots completely changed how we approached becoming parents, all for the better.
