CYBEX Flagship Store New York

I recently visited the Cybex flagship store in lower manhattan to purchase a light weight stroller for my 1 year old. When you first walk in the atmosphere is bright pristine and welcoming. All of the sales associates were great but the one who stood out the most was a young lady by the name of Jazmine.

I recently purchased the CYBEX e-Gazelle electronic stroller along with their car seat, and I can confidently say this brand truly lives up to its reputation. CYBEX is already number one in Europe, and now that they’ve arrived in New York, I finally understand why.

I'm very pleased with how me and my baby boy were taken care of at the Cybex flagship store. I went in for help with my new cybex priam 4; I've been struggling to get the stroller canopy to stay on. They offered to keep it for the night and give me and my 4-month- old a loaner stroller.

What a great experience I’ve had working with the Cybex team at the NYC store, namely Jazz. She helped turn a frustrating situation around. I called the store from PA, explained the technical issues I was having while checking out on the website. She immediately sent me a link.
