I rented three items from this company for a 6 day stay in Seaview - the bassinet, the newborn tub, and the bouncer chair. There was great communication from the business immediately after our booking and leading up to our stay.
Our rental had a pack and play, but when we got there it did not have a mattress foam topper. Our baby is 11.5 minths and wouldnt have been able to sleep for the night. I called Jeff at 6 pm and by 7:15, babies bedtime the mattress topper was here and rented.
Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was able to accommodate my last minute reservation and he made the process extremely easy from drop off to pick up. The crib and sheets we rented were very clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend for all FI baby rentals!
Clean, high quality crib and high chair. Prompt delivery & pickup at an AirBnB in Ocean Bay Park. Excellent communication throughout. Couldn’t be better. Thanks so much for this service for families visiting Fire Island!
