This is one of my favorite stores in eugene! It has excellent customer service, the staff here are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. This store has quality and amazing clothes and candles. I bought a shirt here a few days ago, wore it for a couple hours in my house. the elastic snapped - an item defect. Initially I was told that I couldn’t exchange it because it had been warn. I was pretty frustrated by this and reviewed the experience here with a photo.
