Lakeshore Learning Store

I previously wrote a bad review for my service. I returned to the store, met with Assistant Manager Wendy Kurtz, and was given excellent customer service. I'm so grateful for managers who put their customers first. I will make sure Wendy is there when I return to the store in September. She really made a difference!!

This is an incredible you store. You will find many unique toys for kids of all ages. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They also have many activities for small kids on the weekends during the summer.

I was amazed at the level of support I got from Wendy the store manager, Jennifer, and Ann , the were down to earth saved us alot of money and made our purchasing process smooth for our School .

I was in this store today doing laminating. Well, the laminator was acting crazy and basically ruined my borders I was laminating. The salespeople came right over, stopped the laminator, fixed it and gave me a brand new set of border to replace the ones that got ruined.
