I ordered the Doona from Amazon but when we were told that our baby was coming home sooner than expected I had to change plans. I called up Lullaby baby to have them send this earlier (they were the sellers through Amazon). The customer service representative (who I can’t remember the name at the time of this review!!!
What a great store!!! One of the only locations in Brooklyn to have a Baby Cruz V2 in the color Finn that has been discontinued by the company! The owner was knowledgeable, sweet, helpful and not at all pushy like some other mom and pop places.
Millie from Lullaby is one of the best salespeople we have interacted with, period--providing the highest levels of customer service. As first-time parents, we were overwhelmed with the options for car seats, strollers, traveling, and high chairs while also wanting the safest options for our kid.
Excellent customer service and great selection of all the latest baby gear. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was great being able to try out different stroller options right in the store. We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!!
