I used to absolutely despise coming in here. I finally stopped going. The staff was so rude, the selection of clothing was awful, and they barely ever gave me anything for the items I brought in to sell. I went in here for the first time in a long time last week and I was so impressed.
Truly a great experience! Sold a bin of clothes and a bin of toys. Staff was kind, attentive & so sweet to my kids!
I had a really good experience at Once Upon A Child today. Before coming in, I called ahead to make sure they were still accepting buys for the day and to ask how many bins they allowed. Every location seems to have their own policies and limits, so I appreciated that they were helpful over the phone.
I went here a few days ago. They have awesome stuff at great prices and I found clean clothes for my youngest. I did have some issues with sizing being in the wrong place but that's just customers putting them back incorrectly once they change their minds.
