Once Upon A Child Ann Arbor

Great selection. Like how they don’t have a limit on selling or only take seasonal items. It’s a drive for me to get there but always worth it. Makes you feel good to get paid for kids old clothes or out of season clothes and get them a new wardrobe.

I like it. There are great deals for baby clothes. The staff is nice but I can see how people might have issues with them given that it is a discount store. You can't really expect top notch service when you're spending $10, lol

Really big store! I will say it is more expensive than the one in Canton Michigan but I enjoyed picking up some cute items for the kids. I did buy a reusable bag and it's massive! I really love how it says (once upon a child, Ann arbor) all over it.

Once Upon a Child provides phenomenal service every time I visit. Their professionalism, speed, and accuracy are consistently impressive. I am treated with respect, greeted and the store is managed extremely well. Highly recommend!
