Once Upon A Child

I feel like most of these reviews are unreasonably negative. I've only been here a few times, but each time has been a decent experience. The employees were always pleasant and I left with merchandise in fair condition and fairly priced.

I love how all of the clothes are color sorted as well as by size. This allows for quick shopping. I also love the the selection and quality provided by Once Upon A Child stores. I am able to dress my three year old toddler in quality clothes for 75% less than retail prices!

Amazing customer service! We came in needing to return and forgot our receipt. I was going to just settle for store credit or some cash back by selling the items back to them but the manager returned the items for us for the full purchase price!

Awesome selection. Organized well. Expensive. No sales or deals that I noticed. In the 15 years that I've been going here they only bought once from me and they were toys still in the packages. They have denied buying clothes many times. Never once actually. So don't even try to sell anything.
