Once Upon A Child Casper

Before moving we were regular customers at Once Upon a child. We loved this place and loved being able to both buy and sell nice used children's items. These fold care about quality and they don't take junk. They sell very nice clothes and toys for less than you spend buying new.

I love this store! I’ve never once had an Issue with the staff. The new location is bright, clean, and well organized. I always lay my items flat in a bucket or bag like they suggest and when they pay me, I feel like it’s fair payment.

Love love love once upon a child! They are great just need to get rid of one staff member her customer service is horrible. Doesn't smile, or acknowledge you are there. Wouldn't even tell me that I was at the wrong register just let me stand there without saying anything.

Great place to find all your child's needs. The fact that they will buy back items is even better. They are fair with their prices, but it's only because they only put out high quality items. Such as things without tears, stains, or anything that's overall poor quality. Definitely worth coming in, buy and selling.
