Once Upon A Child

Prices are fair. I like most of the staff although there is one lady who always gives me a lower offer than others. I've tested it out with the same clothing with her then refused and brought it back to another employee who gave me significantly more and accepted more of the clothing.

Edit: A representative did reach out and listened to my frustrations. I appreciate the effort and manner they took to resolve my concerns! I love Once Upon A Child. I love selling clothes and buying cheap (usually brand new looking) thrift buys for my daughter. This location, however, is my least favorite.

I love all the Once Upon A Child locations but the Western Hills location is my favorite! I feel like the staff works very hard at what they do and they are always kind when I stop in. I love the organization and cleanliness at this location!

I absolutely love Once Upon a Child! As a single mom, it’s such a relief to have a place that not only helps me clear out my kids’ closets by buying their outgrown clothes and toys but also always has a fantastic selection of gently used items at great prices.
