Once Upon A Child

I absolutely love shopping at THIS Once Upon A Child on Harbison in Columbia ! The store is SUPER clean, organized, and well stocked with clothing, shoes, toys, baby stuff like strollers and everything you need as a new mama.

I stopped shopping here for a while as I observed many of the employees they previously had being rude and curt to me and other patrons trying to either shop or consign. I gave them another opportunity recently, as more than a year passed since my last experience, and their customer services appears to be improving.

They have a lot of cute clothes and a huge size variety. It’s very nicely organized and the drop off area is quick. The only downfall is that you they don’t buy back clothes you’ve bought from there, so we usually stop by goodwill after.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful when I come in to this location. Brought things in to sale and even though they didn’t purchase all my items they were clear on the reasons why they passed. I am very pleased.
