Not sure why people rate so low & complain about this store. I go to this store to find GREAT deals on infant clothing. I always find designer, in perfect condition. Nike, Timberland, Calvin Klein, Puma & so much more for the price of almost nothing. Their selection is great.
Love this store! Shopped here multiple times and have been very happy with our purchases. The staff greet us warmly and make us feel welcome- which is saying something when you are shopping with crazy toddlers! Always had great experiences here, 10/10 recommend.
Update - The owner personally reached out and was very kind. She apologized for the behavior we received from the employee I had talked to, and rectified the situation. We will continue to shop here as our family grows! As a family of a young child, we were very excited to have this store near us!
It was my first time visiting our local Once Upon a Child and all I have to say is, what a lovely experience. My one year daughter was having a break down in the middle of the store and one of the associates took the time out to play with her so I could get some shopping done, her name is Aimee.
