Once Upon A Child Gahanna

I can see this place has mixed reviews but the one thing I always try to remember with a consignment shop is that it feels better to buy than to sell. Your stuff, even in perfect condition, will never fetch a fair price. That is not a reflect of our treasures but just the fact that there is lots of inventory available.

I was recently at this location selling my daughters outgrown clothes and not only was the staff extremely kind and helpful but they were also very thorough and patient when they explained why certain items weren’t purchased.

As a buyer, I really appreciate how particular they are with what they purchase from people because nearly everything is in very good condition. Lots of barely used items from top brands. The store is well organized, clean and doesn’t have an odd smell like other used clothing stores.

Had a great experience when going into this store shopping for my nephews. I was graciously greeted by Lisa who I later learned was the store manager and received her help in finding the best gifts and outfits for my nephews!! I would definitely go back to this Once Upon a Child specifically!!
