Once Upon A Child Glendale

I have been a patron for seven years. On 9/20/25, I had an incident that was humiliating for me; however, the employees handled it with care. I immediately contacted management. The owner had the manager follow-up the next day. We found that unbeknownst to me was an error, and also an error on their side.

I love this location! Very organized and has a very nice selection. The ladies were very nice and they were fair buying some of my items I had brought in. I found this stunning dress for Christmas pictures that i absolutely love.

So I was having a really shitting day and wanted to do nothing but cry. But my son need new shoes and my friends have told me about this place so I thought I would check it out and im so glad I did the girl who was helping me at the register was amazing and really sweet.

I love this place! Prefect to find any size and style at a great reasonable price! Everyone is very helpful even being extremely busy. Store is so much nicer adding the extra space!
