I had a great experience selling here over the weekend! The staff was friendly and did a great job explaining over the phone how they prefer things/what their policies are, etc. In store, everyone was just as friendly! They did my buy very quickly even being the 13th one in line.

I've been buying and selling with OUAC since 2020 and it's my first choice for buying/selling kids clothes. There's a large variety of quality clothes for all age ranges (newborn, if not premie - size 14, at least). I check here first if I need swimwear, dance wear, next season's clothes, etc for my kids.

First time there, I asked the cashier what’s the dynamics of the store. She kind of explained to me. Then laughed and said to a coworker “the elephant in the room right?”. It is not that obvious when you don’t know how the store works, deals, buying, etc. That being said, I got some good deals in clearance.

My cart was overflowing with clothes and shoes for my three kids and the total was not even $300. I know that's a lot of kids clothes but new clothes would have been $600+. I got 7 pairs of shoes 6 bottoms each, 8 shirts each, and more. Great prices and some stuff even had new tags yet.
