Once Upon A Child

I’ve been going here for over 5 years. We have bought and sold many items here. Everything is done in an orderly manner and expedited in a timely fashion. You line up, sign the sheet, drop off your clothes and return later that day to get your $.

The ladies here are such a blessing! I was having a hard time shopping on my own with a 3-year-old and a 4-month-old, and they were so kind to help hold my baby while I tended to my toddler and completed my purchase. Joanna was my cashier, and she was such a pleasure.

First time going to this store and I loved it! Everything is so organized (including the clothes by color) and I’m starting to wonder why I ever buy clothes new. I bought a ton of gently used toys to use with my patients as a speech therapist and can’t wait to use them! Emily was very kind and helpful :)

Kiki was so amazing with me and my child tonight!!! She even let me know about a deal I didn’t know about when I was checking out. She was patient, kind, and so warm and friendly. Simple but meaningful interactions like this come across to few times now a days.
