For the most part there are nice staff. Some of them arent approachable. You can also bring in totes full of clothes and they'll offer you like $20 for half of the items they took.

We have shopped OUAC-Jackson for my daughter for years and I’m a little sad she’s almost too old-grown out. Over the years, she has loved coming in to pick out outfits that are unique through the variety of used items. Staff has always been helpful and the store has always been organized, clean.

strangely, lots of negative reviews for a place where you can go buy discounted gently used children's clothes! I really don't get it. The people here are pleasant and the store is completely full of clothes. Prices are good, the selection is great.... I didn't get the complaints!

My daughter sells outgrown clothing here, so I've been a couple of times with her. I brought her latest tub in today, and roamed around a bit. I'm not sure there's anything a child needs that they don't have! All sizes, all colors, pants and tops, boots, coats, snow suits, and toys. It's definitely worth a stop.
