Once Upon A Child Lakeland

Best location we’ve ever visited. Went in and the employees were actually talking and letting customers know about the sales going on. Made sure we found things ok and commented on our lucky kid. Couldn’t have asked for a better score!

Special shout out to the only girl I saw in the whole store who actually was trying to help customers and took the time to be interactive and help us instead of rolling her eyes at us when it was our turn to check out. Always lots in this place and spend more than I intend to but they always have great things.

I like this store but it be better if the isles were more apart n not so high for the shorter customers. There prices are somewhat pricey for what they pay when you bring them your clothe. Remember the clothe are not new but good conditions. Its usually very clean the workers are polite.

This store is my favorite to shop in for my granddaughter. Babies outgrow clothes so fast. So I always shop here for her. I have gotten outfits for her that had original new tags on them. I have always found top name brands by Carters, Baby Gap, The Children's Place & more. Very gently used.
