Once Upon A Child Louisville - Outer Loop

I love this location! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy what they do. Also! Cleanliness and organization makes or breaks exchange stores (in my opinion) and this location is NEVER messy!

My visit to this store was to sell clothing that my daughters had outgrown. The staff member I dealt with was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. When I mentioned that I would be taking the leftover items to a donation center, she told me that they are a collection site for a disadvantaged women's…

The customer service at this location is truly amazing!! I visit the other locations in Louisville often and they don’t hold a candle to this one. The owner is so kind and helpful, and treats his employees so well. This location isn’t as big as the Taylorsville Rd.

I always enjoy shopping and/or selling to this store. There is never a rude employee. They could be at their busiest time, and they would still remain respectful and pleasant. Hands down the last best Once Upon A Child is there left!
