Once Upon A Child Mandarin, FL

I’ve been shopping at Once Upon a Child stores since before 2014 and started visiting the four Jacksonville locations regularly around 2016. Out of them all, this Mandarin location is the one I visit most often when I make the trek from Nocatee to hit Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

I've never been to this INCREDIBLE store before. I was AMAZING to see how organized & clean it was. I truly was like a kid in a candy store. I had a blast. Shopping made fun. But honestly the most sweetest women greeted me with a smile which of course set the pace for the rest of the day.

I am so happy with my most recent visits to this store. The selection and friendliness of the staff has improved so much since the new owners started. I especially appreciated the gentleman (i believe one of the owners) who let my toddler use the "staff only" bathroom to help me avoid an accident while potty training.

What a pleasant surprise. These ladies are phenomenal. First thing I heard when walking in was a pleasant “welcome in”. The store was organized and neat. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price! Last thing I heard was “gave a great evening”. Thank you ladies!!!
