As I read these reviews, I was apprehensive to sell my items. My co worker told me about this store. I did not have a bad experience at all. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me. Yes, they want your items contained in a Rubbermaid container. Bags tend to rip and your items may get lost.
My family loves this store. With 3 kids, you can't beat the prices. Kids grow so quick! It's disappointing to read such harsh reviews, because I have never experienced this. I guess we all have a choice to stop going some place if we truly don't like it, right? Staff is always smiling and quick to answer our questions.
