Once Upon a Child - Novi

I can’t say enough good things about Once Upon a Child in Novi. The staff here is absolutely wonderful — always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether I’m buying or selling, they make the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a seller, I really appreciate how organized and efficient their system is.

This location is by far superior to the one in Canton. I frequent the Canton store, because quite honestly, I forgot this one existed. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted (this does not happen at the other one) & was pleased to see how incredibly organized everything was.

This was my first time at Once Upon a Child. At first, I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews but those reviews are completely opposite of my experience there. I took in my items to sell yesterday, received a text within 30 min that my cash was ready. Swing by today and I was in and out !

Let’s bump up these reviews! I have no idea why it’s not a five star! Or at least close to it… I’ve been here a couple of times now and I have had great experience every single time! The workers there really do love what they do and they are very helpful & so kind! I’ve never once had a bad experience here.
