Once Upon A Child - Ridgeland, MS

I come here seasonally to restock my childrens closets as they grow and it's awesome. I can spend $200 and get basically new wardrobes for my young kids. Don't expect good customer service here though. They are so annoyed that they work there you can feel it.

Eureka, Morgan and Diana have the best customer service that I have seen in this part of town in years. I’m blown away. I came into the store to sell a few items but I wasn’t aware of the no plastic bag policy. Eureka was so kind as she explained the whole process to me.

This the best kids consignment store ever. I can always find my 8yr old cute clothes at a reasonable price. I always have rewards, so I normally get discounts even though the clothes are already cheap.

I’ve been to this store a few times. But today I was blown away with the best customer service in my life. Ms. Urica was kind and patient and very knowledgeable about what they could accept for purchase.
