I shop at Once Upon a Child a few times a month. Today I was greeted with a "good morning " and a smile by the associate, Lex. I spent about 30 minutes in the store and noted her kind customer service to all came in.
I had such a great experience at Once Upon A Child! I came in with 4 kids, which can be pretty overwhelming, but Natasha, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. She made the whole shopping experience so much easier and less stressful.
We love this store!❤️ So many great selections of clothes ranging from preemie to big kid sizes! I can shop for 3 of my children all at once! The clothing is new or very gently used. The pricing on items is very reasonable as well. I also love that they sell a variety of things like baby gear, toys, shoes, etc!
