I was a first timer, bringing in items that I wanted to clear out of the home that our little has either outgrown or no longer used. This team was very welcoming, explained the process and sent a text upon completion of the valuation of items. This was so simple, so easy.
Love this store. Definitely worth bringing in clothes, shoes, toys, etc... that your kids have grown out of to see what they will buy. Some things are a bit too pricey in my opinion but they do have some really great deals here.
