Once Upon a Child South Austin is honestly one of my favorite places to shop for my kids. The store is well organized, the prices are amazing, and the staff is always welcoming. Every visit is super easy and stress-free. I always find quality items in great condition. Highly recommended for any parent!!!

I had such a great experience at Once Upon a Child! The store was clean, well organized, and had an amazing selection of gently used baby and kids’ items. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved how affordable everything was without sacrificing quality.

Love shopping here! Can always find great deals. The guy who currently works there has probably been the only person who has showed amazing customer service! Everyone else kind of just stares at you as you walk in, either way, I’m there for the clothes so not a big deal.
