This place is a lifesaver! I'm so glad I found the Once Upon a Child in Springfield. Seriously, this store is awesome and has everything you could possibly need for your little ones. I was honestly blown away by their selection. They have so much stuff, you can't even imagine!
People are always quick to jump on and post all the negatives but rarely the positives. First visit and very impressed. Great selection. Well organized. Friendly employees. Small but clean facility. Edit 12/1/24: more room than I remember before and a huge selection of holiday clothes. Again, very organized and clean!
Have made a couple sales now and it’s a nice easy process. Drop your stuff off and you’ll get a text when it’s ready to go. Prices have been fair. They have a great selection of clothes and other items. Definitely worth checking out!
