Once Upon A Child Sylvania

I came in the other day and the women with blue hair was very helpful! She worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. She also looked over my toys and it was getting close to closing time. She was very kind and helpful, and I was shocked because I was running late and came in so late!

I only removed one star because a lot of the time, the Jammie’s for littles are dingy. (But they get so much wear prior to being resold so I understand they have seen some days!

I have NEVER had a problem at the Sylvania store. I call the day I plan on going to see if I can drop off. I'm already ready load the car and off I go. Usually it's on the weekends. Staff is ALWAYS Friendly and polite. They are also helpful for in store purchases

I regret not paying closer attention to this place years ago....They always have great stuff, a lot of it new, and the staff is always super helpful and friendly! It is a seasonal must stop for my kids nowadays!
