Our family utilizes Once Upon a Child for many of our kiddos clothing. Their prices are fair. Sometimes, it is disappointing to trade things in, because I never get as much as I expect. HUGE props to their occasional clearance sales. Yesterday, they were giving 10 clearance items to each customer for free.
This is a nice store. I saw like $150 hoodies there for 10 bucks. It was so nice. I almost bought one, but then we had to go. It was the best time ever.
Their stock is back up after being hit really hard at the beginning of Coronavirus season. They have really fair prices on almost everything. My 4-year-old son trashes clothes, of course, and I was able to buy him three pairs of pants, three t-shirts, and three long sleeves for about $25.
Customer service could be raised a few points. I didn't know that points didn't accumulate over lifetime purchases but rather each visit (until after I paid). I spent $9 pre-tax.
