Once Upon A Child - Tyler

My family truly loves Once Upon A Child, we go in with an idea of what we need that’s missing from our kids closets and always have a great outcome finding them and more, always more! I do love that when selling items you can get store credit because that’s just easier and I know I’ll be coming for years.

I’ve been going to this store for about two years now. They run great sales, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with staff. They have always answered questions for me and have even offered to help find shoes for me when I mentioned I couldn’t find the color/size I was looking for.

Every time I go in to sell, staff are helpful and great about looking through my items quickly while I shop. I’ve never waited long at all. I always feel like I get a good return on the items they buy from me. The store felt very well stocked, clean, and very organized.

Wonderful store! So organized and huge selection, plus the staff were super sweet! An associate helped me and my son test to make sure his new shoes fit, she was great with him and helped us find a great pair of shoes. Once we found a pair we liked she brought them to the registers.
