Once Upon A Child - Universal City

I really enjoy shopping here and come by frequently - been coming for probably 6 years. A few years ago the customer service was truly terrible, but it's been wonderful the last couple years. Super friendly, eager to help you out. Great prices and sales, lots of selection.

I always find stuff for my son and nephew. Everytime I go the staff is kind. Good variety of items as we've even gotten my son a training bike from here. When we do sell items we know it may not be same day we hear back, but they're helpful!

I kept seeing this place all over Facebook and then decided to make the drive over to check it out. It's such a great store! Staff members are very friendly and everything is kept neat and clean, no clothes laying around or items scattered on the floor.

I really like this place, great selection. Only down is they only do one bin for selling. I don’t know if 1 bin is there normal or if it’s just temporary but other then that will be definitely coming back.
