Called in to check policies on how they handle buys. Crystal answered my call. She was so helpful. Took her time explaining to me everything I needed to know. There sister company is Plato’s Closet. I had no idea. The more you know! They’ve changed a few things since COVID. No reusable bags. No paper bags. No boxes.

Prices are getting really high for close. It's not how it used to be as far as great prices. Basically the same as marshals but you can find really nice clothes for your children. Good sales when you can catch them. Staff is OK. Some could use a better attitude but for the most part they are OK. Very clean. Organized.

My last visit to this store was by far the best I’ve had in the 12 years I’ve shopped there. Jada provided outstanding service with a positive and professional attitude despite a more complicated transaction that took additional time to correct. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

Staff was very pleasant and when talking to the manager about one staff member, Ellie, about how great she was the manager really supported her staff member. It was great to see such a positive work environment, never mind their great selection.
