Amazing customer service!! I got a crib secondhand from fb marketplace and it was missing just like 5 pieces to finish putting it together! not only did i offer to pay for the parts but shipping too. They wouldnt have any of it, they just sent them.
I would just like to recognize Dana from customer service for taking the time to help me on searching down a toddler guard rail that I have not been able to find for so long! I had purchased an Oxford Baby 'Manhattan' crib from Toys R Us in a colour that was only exclusive to their stores from early 2020.
