Shower Me With Love

We live in Tennessee and I popped into the store one day while in Charlotte for work . As first time parents we were overwhelmed with the all the different options for strollers, cribs, etc.

My husband and I made a day trip to Charlotte to visit IKEA and visit a baby store to look at strollers in person. We started at Nordstrom with an appointment with a baby gear expect and everything from start to finish was a terrible experience.

I went in not knowing anything about strollers and was set on getting the UPPAbaby. Joyce was incredibly helpful… she gave me and another shopper a full tutorial on different models. I ended up falling in love with the Cybex instead! They were so patient and let me “test drive” as many strollers as I wanted.

My husband and I went in yesterday (a busy Saturday) and Joyce was SO helpful! She answered all of our questions and spent time with us without making us feel rushed. It was refreshing to not feel like items were being pushed on us just to make a sale, either!
