Smitten Boutique

My favorite boutique in Chicago! I love the wide selection of products, and I know every time I go in I’ll leave with the perfect gift, whether I have an idea ahead of time or will be inspired by the selection once I get there.

I ordered some Jellycats from Smitten Boutique and they had them shipped out the same day. The staff was very friendly gave constant updates about my order and the package was delivered less than a week later with no issues at all. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again!

Nicole was amazing during a stressful time to help me get a gift delivered locally. I’m in another state. She was a complete delight with all my requests and went way above and beyond. I can’t recommend this boutique enough! I only wish I was local so I could come shop with her in person!

Kristin was very nice. i wanted to get a jellycat for my friends birthday, but she wasn’t answering my texts on which ones she already had, and Kristin was super nice and put my jellycat bunny on hold behind the counter for a couple hours until i returned.
