EXCELLENT customer service. I was in town on vacation and needed to buy a stroller. I came in, and the staff was extremely helpful, helping pick what was best for my needs. Not just pushy to buy the most expensive. They gave me a deal on buying a car seat too, cheaper than online.
We loved shopping with The Kangaroo Pouch! We live in a small town with no baby stores close by so when we were in Myrtle Beach for 2 weeks we made it a goal to stop in to be able to check out baby items in person.
The Kangaroo Pouch is the best place for all of your baby needs! The staff are experts in car seats and knowledgeable in all aspects of baby. Vinny, Karen and Scott are always there to help! The furniture they sell is top of the line. They offer a baby registry to make it easy for your friends and family to shop LOCAL.
Stopped into the Kangaroo Pouch today to shop for my 4month & 22 month old. I don’t have many B&M baby stores in my local area so I was thrilled to have a human to talk to about carseats, strollers & highchairs! The staff was extremely knowledgable (and patient to answer all my questions).
