We purchased the Uppababy Mesa Car seat 2 years ago for our son. We loved it and kept it for use with our second son who was born yesterday. Today I realized we came to hospital without the infant insert that comes with the car seat! ;(. It is for use with babies 4-11 pounds.
Bought Uppa baby Stroller Hinges broke off some how... Called uppababy Sent replacement part no problem... That is customer service done right
We needed some replacement adapters for our Vista stroller to attach our Mesa car seat. Their customer service team was able to locate the adapter and we were able to pick it up on our way through town. Awesome customer service! Thanks Tiffany.
