Dibsies Personalization Station

My daughter received a toy box for Xmas. Trying to put it together I broke 2 of the pieces. I contacted dibsies to order the broken parts. Of course I had intentions on paying. I spoke with patsy and sent her pictures. She assured me it was nothing to worry about that it would be taken care of.

Last year I purchased a personalized bookcase from Dibsie’s. It was received promptly and I was so pleased with the construction of it and the beautiful personalization that I just purchased another for a gift. The customer service is outstanding. I have been working with an employee there named Patsy.

Love the grey toy box with book storage on both ends. Goes perfectly with my son's grey furniture, in his room. I wasn't lucky enough to have my package come as early as some others but it came when they said it would. I had to contact customer service for a friend of mine, via email and they reponded rather quickly.

I ordered gifts for my godchild’s baby and accidentally put the wrong number for shipping address. I contacted customer service via email and within moments they reached out, changed it and reaffirmed they have corrected my mistake. It was so nice to feel comforted with a silly mistake on my part.
