Once Upon A Child

I travel 20 minutes to do business with this store even though I live just 5 minutes from another. Kim has been such a positive and joyful presence behind the counter. The store is clean, organized, bright. There is rarely a line to check-out, it is well staffed. Everyone is helpful and happy to be there.

2026 I would love to point out a staff member, but I unfortunately don’t know her name. I thanked in her in person, but hoped the manager would see this and know how helpful I was assisted. I’ll update this review when I get her name next time. I appreciate being informed about the discounts at checkout as a reminder.

Awesome staff! Good prices quality items clean and organized. Can spend all day here! And did because so many good items. Allison was very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable.

I brought some of my children's clothes and play items in to sell. Sanda greeted me immediately and helped me through the process and explained everything very clearly. They had my items checked out and determined which they would take within a very short amount of time, which I appreciated.
