Once Upon A Child - 96th Street

After my AWFUL experiences with the privately owned location in carmel, I took my business even farther out to the location on 96th Street. They DO allow you to bring your items in plastic bags. They DO NOT make you wait inside the store while they eventually get to your items. You can leave and come back before close.

Wow. I’ve only been in this location one other time, perhaps years ago. They have really upped their game. It’s by far the cleanest and most organized of any location I’ve visited. While there I overheard some very positive and encouraging training going on among employees.

This location has a lot of clothes and other kids things to choose from. This is one of the bigger Once Upon A Child locations that my family and I have visited.

Overall, this is one of the better locations. Pretty clean, and the racks were full but not absolutely jam-packed when we were there yesterday. Staff was adequate; they certainly always seem to have plenty of people working; I never have to wait to check out.
