Once Upon A Child

This location is MUCH cleaner, more organized, and more efficient than the last time I went in. They are under new management. I’m glad I went back in. We found lots of nice items and had a positive experience with the people working.

I had a fantastic experience at Once Upon a Child, and I just have to give a shoutout to Stacey! From the moment I walked in, Stacey’s warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.

We come to this location pretty often, and the kids love it here! The staff are attentive, and the place looks clean and relatively organized. The back register looked pretty hectic, but i assume that’s to be expected. Also note that the staff were all on their feet working as well, so it wasn’t a lack of effort.

This is our go to location for selling our gently used items. You can drop off and as long as you come back the same day. They’ll also send you a text when they are done. It’s nice to be able to leave and do other errands. Most other locations force you stay inside the store and it can be inconvenient.
