Once Upon A Child Dublin

Review edit as of 9/19: I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service. I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori.

Took a lunch break to find out 3 year granddaughter a bike, easy to find, courteous staff, clean, superstores I walked through twice it was so nice everything looked like new with the exception of the two bikes I saw but I was willing to clean them, nice selection got babies shop here I went with an Amazon purchase…

So I am way past due for this review. I want to give a large Huge shout out to Andre. He definitely is a hard worker and made my last visit there Amazing. I had an Old store credit in my wallet for almost a year and the numbers were off.

Once Upon a Child in Dublin is such a gem! They always have a great selection of gently used kids’ clothes, toys, and gear — tons of choices in every size and season. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which makes the whole experience stress-free.
