I love shopping here! I'm really only posting because I saw all the negative comments and reviews and I just want to say this is my favorite place to shop. The staff is friendly, it's clean and organized. The items are high quality.

It is a small location and they have obviously been hit by the same staffing issues as the rest of us small business owners. BUT the staff is always upfront, honest, and friendly. They are good at setting expectations, “I am so sorry, but we cannot accept anymore items today” or “the turn around is about a week”.

I have been so happy with my experiences at this Once Upon A Child location! They have excellent quality name brand clothes for the age ranges I shop for (4-6 year old boys). I’ve also been impressed with their winter coat/snow boot options as well as athletic shoes and dress clothes.
