Amazing experience. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You have to make an appointment online in advance and there is only limited showroom inventory, but they give a full tune-up and cleaning and have many smaller replacement parts for sale in stock.

Could not have had a better experience at the UPPAbaby Hub in Brooklyn. I met and dealt with Cris for my curbside drop off and pick up of our 2018 Vista. Cris met me outside and quickly noted that the sunscreen on our seat may not come out with a steam clean.
This place is AMAZING! Chris and Gilbert went out of there way to answer all of questions. They ensured that both strollers (Minu and Vista) were serviced in a timely manner. Both strollers looked AMAZING!!! We use both strollers often and it really looked horrible. It came out looking brand new!
